Photo Shoot

Aunt Susan came over a couple of weeks ago and took our newborn photos. I could have published all of the them. She did an awesome job and Henry was very cooperative. Here are some of our favorites! Thanks Aunt Susan!

One Month Old

We celebrated Henry's 1/12th birthday today!

Aunt Chris came to visit and brought the finishing touches for Henry's room!

Here's Henry in the Rheaume bassinette. This bassinette was my grandmother's. She slept on it, all of her 9 kids slept in it and her grandchildren and great granchildren have slept in it. Now it's Henry's turn. Aunt Chris made some customizations for Henry.

I also have my Grandma's St. Gerard medal my dad gave to me. St. Gerard is the patron saint of pregnant women.

Welcome Home Henry!!

After 23 days in the NICU at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, we got to bring Henry Thomas home. We had amazing care, great nurses and tremendous doctors but were so glad to get back to our own house!


He wasn't sure about the car seat, but we made it home safely!

Big Boy

I'm doing such a good job with my feedings my tube got to come out!! Mommy and Daddy say I can come home soon.

The Great Aunts

Henry's aunts on the Slater side came to visit. It was a lot of rocking and some singing. We had a good time! Aunt Jackie liked to look at Henry.

Cousin Pat liked the view from the "upper deck". It was fun to introduce Henry to the family!

Grandma Comes to Town

Grandma Arehart came to visit Henry. She loved holding him!

Grandma told him fun stories about Boy Scout Camp. Henry is very excited!
