Painting "Little Man's" Room -- Part 1

Tom and I wanted something different and unique for "Little Man's" room. We found this great argyle pattern that may favorite seamstress (Aunt Chrissy) is using to make his crib skirt, valance and crib bumpers. We decided to add the argyle pattern onto one of the walls in his room. Tom is taking on a big project and it looks great! Here's how it starts...

Lots of Changes

As you can tell, lots of changes at our house in the last six months! The most exciting is that baby boy Arehart comes at the end of September! Here's his first picture!

Thanksgiving in Kansas City!

We had a great time visiting the Arehart and Bross families in Kansas City over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was great to see everyone! Thanks for the hospitality!

One of the highlights was heading to the Plaza to see the annual lighting of the town. We heard music, did a countdown and saw all the lights! It really got us in the Christmas spirit!

New Art Over the Fireplace

Here's the new art over the fireplace. It has a lot of the same colors as the house but adds some circles.

Tom's favorite part was using the laser level. I dare you to find a non-straight thing in that house!
